The market place is often considered to be detached from Christian ministry. It is viewed as a deterrent and a necessary evil and people are encouraged to leave their jobs and join ministry.

Interserve believe that it is not just few who are called but the whole church that needs to be involved in missions. It has for more than 150 years successfully demonstrated and proven that work and ministry must be integrated. Its extensive network and partnership with Christian organizations in almost every area of service has enabled it to place hundreds of Christian professionals and entrepreneurs both within India and outside.
